The Keto Diet can improve lung function, reduce inflammation, and increase energy levels. However, it should be followed under the guidance of a healthcare professional, especially if there are pre-existing conditions like dyspnea or other health issues.

Breakfast (8:00 – 9:00 AM):

  • Tea (without milk or sugar): Herbal tea with Tulsi, Ginger, Clove, Cinnamon, Amalaki, Licorice, and Ustukhudus.
  • Vinegar: You can drink Apple Cider Vinegar or Coconut Vinegar mixed with Tulsi, Ginger, Turmeric, Clove, Cinnamon, Amalaki, Licorice, and Ustukhudus. This helps with detoxification and enhances lung function.
  • Nuts fried with Ghee or Butter (such as Cashews, Pistachios, Peanuts).

Lunch (1:30 – 2:00 PM):

  • Vinegar Drink: Drink Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with Tulsi, Ginger, Turmeric, Clove, Cinnamon, Amalaki, Licorice, and Ustukhudus.
    Mix 1 teaspoon with half a glass of water. This helps in digestion, aids fat reduction, and improves lung function.
  • Raw Vegetable Salad (1/3 portion):
    Spinach, Cucumber, Tomato, Carrot, Beetroot, seasoned with Virgin Oil.
  • Carbohydrates (1/3 portion): Rice (small portion), Bread (1 piece), or Potato (small portion).
  • Cooked Vegetables and Fish/Meat (1/3 portion): Fish (Hilsa, Pangas, Boal, Surpooti, etc.) or Beef, Goat, or Chicken (1 piece). Broccoli, Cauliflower, Spinach, Pumpkin, etc., cooked lightly.
  • Apple Cider Vinegar Drink:
    Mix 1 teaspoon with a glass of water, drink to aid digestion and fat reduction.

Afternoon Snack (4:30 – 5:00 PM):

  • Butter Coffee:
    Make coffee with Butter or Ghee, which boosts energy and reduces fatigue.
  • Nuts fried with Ghee or Butter:
    You can make Peanut Butter from these, which is delicious and healthy.

Dinner (Before 8:00 PM):

  • Vinegar Drink:

  • Raw Vegetable Salad (1/3 portion):

  • Cooked Vegetables and Fish/Meat (1/3 portion): Fried Egg with ghee and yolk, or Beef, Goat, or Local Chicken (1 piece). Broccoli, Cauliflower, Pumpkin, etc., lightly cooked.

Foods to Avoid:

  1. Rice and Wheat-based Foods:
    Avoid rice, bread, pastries, biscuits, and other processed foods.
  2. Sugary and Sweet Fruits:
    Avoid sugar, honey, and sweet fruits.
  3. Dairy Products:
    Avoid yogurt, sour yogurt, and foods made directly with milk.
  4. Soybean Oil, Sunflower Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Canola Oil:
    Avoid cooking with these oils as they can worsen breathing issues.

Foods You Can Consume:

  1. Leafy Greens and Vegetables:
    Carrot, Sweet Pumpkin (in small amounts), Tomato.
  2. Citrus Fruits:
    Olives, Amalaki, Coconut water.
  3. Fish:
