Cancellation Policy
At 3 Free Life, we are committed to providing the best service to our customers. However, if you wish to cancel an online doctor appointment or a product purchase, you must follow the rules of our cancellation policy.
Doctor Appointment Cancellation:
- You can request a cancellation at least 24 hours before the start of your online doctor appointment. If canceled within the specified time, no charges will apply.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, no refund will be provided.

Product Purchase Cancellation:
- You can cancel a product purchase within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not yet been shipped.
- Once the product has been shipped, you cannot cancel the purchase, but you may be eligible for a return or exchange under our return policy.
Refunds:
- Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued through the original payment method.
Special Conditions:
- Any promotions or discounts associated with a service or product will be void if you cancel. The standard price will apply.
