Ideal Ratio for Daily Meals:

  • 1/3 – Raw vegetable salad (eat the salad first, followed by the rest of the meal).
  • 1/3 – Carbohydrate-rich foods.
  • 1/3 – Cooked vegetables and fish/meat.

Breakfast (8:00 – 9:00 AM):

  • Tea (without milk or sugar): Herbal tea with Tulsi, Ginger, Clove, Cinnamon, Amalaki, Licorice, and Ustukhudus.
  • Vinegar: You can drink Apple Cider Vinegar or Coconut Vinegar mixed with Tulsi, Ginger, Turmeric, Clove, Cinnamon, Amalaki, Licorice, and Ustukhudus. This helps with detoxification and enhances lung function.
  • Raw Vegetable Salad: Season Cucumber, Tomato, Carrot, Lemon, with Olive Oil and Rosemary.

Lunch (1:30 – 2:00 PM):

  • Vinegar Drink: Drink Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with Tulsi, Ginger, Turmeric, Clove, Cinnamon, Amalaki, Licorice, and Ustukhudus.
